Limited Refund Policy

The Twin City Opera House is a fully functional movie theater and opera house. As such the Opera House is heated, Air-Conditioned, has electricity, running water, and bathrooms. Scheduled investigations will commence regardless of weather, unless there is a government ordinance in place restricting travel. People, teams, or groups who are “No shows” will not be refunded any monies paid and all funds will be designated as earned.

With that said, the TwinCityOperaHouse.com staff will try to accommodate any reasonable request if a person, team, or group cannot make the trip due to weather. We require notice by 02:00pm the day of your investigation if you are unable to attend due to a weather related issue. We may offer to reschedule your investigation to another available date in the future, or refund your deposit. All refund deposits will be released 10 days after the original date of the investigation.

We value your health and ours. If you are sick we ask that you give us notification at least 24 hours in advance of your arrival time, or as soon as reasonably possible. We will be more than happy to reschedule your event when you are feeling better. Stay home and take care of yourself. There are already enough dead people at the Opera House.

If for some reason you need to cancel or reschedule your event we require 30 days prior notice for you to be eligible for a refund. We may also offer to transfer your deposit and reschedule your date due to the circumstances of your cancellation.

Any person, team, or group who reserves a date to investigate at the Opera House and then neglects to notify us that they are not coming will be considered a “no show”. In this event all deposits and monies received will be designated as being fully earned and no refunds will be given. Any person, team, or group who “no shows” and wishes to investigate at the Opera House at a future date will be required to pay the full cost of the investigation upfront at the time of reservation.
