Definitions

The Twin City Opera House is located at 15 W Main St., McConnelsville, Ohio 43756.

These Terms Of Service (TOS) Govern the usage of the physical location and the website which is provided by TWINCITYOPERAHOUSE.COM (hereinafter referred to as TwinCityOperaHouse.com, TWINCITYOPERAHOUSE.COM, Twin City Opera House, TCOH, the OPERA HOUSE, or the COMPANY). By accessing either the location, or the website, you are indicating acknowledgment and acceptance of these Terms Of Service. The Terms Of Service are subject to change at any time at the discretion of TWINCITYOPERHOUSE.COM. Your use of the facilities or the website after such changes are posted and implemented constitutes your acknowledgment and acceptance of the changes. Please consult this document regularly for changes.

Physical Location

No alcohol or drugs are permitted on the premises. Anyone entering this location with, or under the influence of alcohol and/or drugs will be required to leave the premises immediately, and all monies paid for the individual will be forfeited. No refund will be given. It is each participants responsibility to be alcohol and drug free while on Opera House premises and this policy will be strongly enforced. 

Ouija Boards are prohibited at the Opera House. Utilizing a Ouija Board on the premises will result in immediate expulsion from the property and all monies paid for the individual will be deemed forfeited. No refunds will be given.

Forfeiture of monies paid and/or expulsion from the property will be at the sole discretion of the Host(s) for the evening.

Damage or theft of Opera House property during an investigation by a person, team, or group is the responsibility of the person, team, or group. Dependent of the situation a contract for replacement or repair of the damaged property may be offered after the damage is appraised or estimated. Based on the intent of the damage or loss to the property of the Opera House, the local authorities may be notified.

Indemnity

By accepting this agreement you waive and hold harmless TWINCITYOPERAHOUSE.COM, United Paranormal Project, and/or the Opera House Inc., from any claims resulting from action taken by the company during or as a result of it’s investigations, and/or from any actions taken as a consequence of investigations by the TWINCITYOPERAHOUSE.COM or Law Enforcement Authorities.

Miscellaneous

These Terms of Service will be governed and interpreted pursuant to the laws of Ohio, County of Licking, United States of America, notwithstanding any principles of conflicts of law. You specifically consent to personal jurisdiction in Ohio in connection with any dispute between you and TwinCityOperaHouse.com arising out of these Terms of Service or pertaining to the subject matter hereof. The parties to these Terms of Service each agree that the exclusive venue for any dispute between the parties arising out of these Terms of Service or pertaining to the subject matter of these Terms of Service will be in the state and federal courts in Ohio. If any part of these Terms of Service is unlawful, void or unenforceable, that part will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions. These Terms of Service constitute the entire agreement among the parties relating to this subject matter. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any additional terms and conditions on this site will govern the items to which they pertain.
